In Costa Del Cragg the white team travelled out to Tulla in glorious sunshine 🌞
The heat on the pitch was immense as both teams got to know each other in the early exchanges .
Our lads began a long period of domination and scored when Callum Buckley got possession in his own half and made a 60 yard run beating 3 defenders and showed great composure to tuck the ball away to the bottom corner of the net .
We scored another with Alex Lanning heading home from a Shane Carrig corner .
Sean Fitzgerald scored with a low drive to the bottom corner. Tulla played some great football and it was a great game between 2 evenly matched teams.

Liam Kelly cleared everything that came his way including a goal saving interception at the death. Darragh O Hare was a giant at the back making alot of vital interceptions and Mikey Behan making a crucial save at the death .

Man of the match
Liam Kelly 🥇

Costa Del Lynch Park played host to really competitive U11 game tonight between Shannon Town (Orange) and Bridge United. Players were asked for a reaction and they certainly delivered with a very strong performance throughout. First half was a cagey affair with the Bridge capitalising on some of their strengths in midfield but Town soon got to grips with the game. Finn Cassidy had another strong outing and Conor McLoughlin and Alex Russell made for a number of vital interceptions. Connor Donovan and Cole O Sullivan both stood up to the test between the sticks well. Man of the Match goes to Dylan Keane with his tireless effort working to cover the spaces putting pressure on the ball and even hoofing 2 balls out of the park (don't worry Pricey...only one was lost 🤣) along with a well taken second half goal. # progressio
